Meet Pepper (#3699), a gorgeous red Golden Retriever who is 7- years old and weighs a healthy 66 pounds.  She was released locally when her family had to relocate.  Pepper’s foster mother reports that she is getting along well with the small dogs and the other Golden in her foster home.  Pepper was rather shy when she first met them but now is starting to play and adjusting quite well.

Pepper has past experience living in a home with a cat and a chicken.  (Chances are the chicken didn’t actually live IN the home, but Pepper’s lips are sealed on the subject.)

All descriptions above are what we know about this dog when it was first released to GBR. Dogs are typically in foster care for three to four weeks. During that time, we will discover its true personality as witnessed by its particular foster family. The dog’s personality traits may change as it becomes accustom to its new foster home.
