Dear Future Family,

Hi there! My name is Harry (#3937), and I couldn’t be more excited to tell you a little bit about myself. I’m a 2-3 year old, utterly adorable lab with a heart as big as my paws. I’ve been on quite the journey, and now I’m ready to find my forever home – could it be with you?

Let me start by saying, I am all about the good stuff in life. Walks? Count me in! Cuddles, belly rubs, and butt rubs? Absolutely! I’m a connoisseur of warmth, and there’s nothing I love more than snuggling up by the fireplace or tucking myself under a cozy blanket. Playing is a new skill I’m developing, and I like to express my joy with soft growls – it’s my way of talking when I’m in my element.

And let me tell you about blankets – they’re my absolute favorite! I appreciate them like an aficionado appreciates fine art. I don’t just lie on them; I love to hold them in my mouth, like a security blanket. There’s something about the softness and warmth that makes my heart happy.

In the yard, I occasionally get the zoomies, and it’s the best feeling ever! I’ve become a bit of a celebrity in the neighborhood during our daily walks, greeting everyone with a wagging tail and a smile. I’m a social butterfly who loves meeting people, and I’m great with other dogs and kids too. I’ve even mastered the art of listening – my foster mom taught me the magic words, “sit” and “leave it,” and I’m proud to say I’m a quick learner.

Now, let’s talk about food – my favorite topic! I’m quite the tap dancer when I know it’s mealtime. I’ve got some serious skills, and I’m also a big fan of treats. A delicious reward is always appreciated in my book.

In terms of house manners, I’ve got it all down. I’m house trained, and I have a special dog bed and blanket that I adore. At night, I snuggle up in my bed in my foster parents’ room, and in the morning, my bed and blanket make their way downstairs as we start our day. I’ve got a fantastic foster mom who works from home, and I love supervising when needed – it’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!

Now, here’s a little secret about me – I’m a great car rider, and I don’t back seat drive. I’m just happy to be along for the ride and enjoy the journey with my favorite people.

Oh, did I mention my love language? It’s physical touch! I thrive on affection and can’t wait to shower my future family with love and cuddles.
