My name is Cali (#3166).  I used to live with my human family and a goldendoodle sibling in Hood River.  I was surrendered to GBR through no fault of my own.  It was a very difficult decision that my previous family had to make.  Fortunately, I’m a roll-with-the-punches kind of girl so I remain happy despite my unfortunate circumstances.

Although I am an older girl, I try to maintain my youthful spirit by staying active.  I enjoy walks, though I hear it’s more enjoyable to walk with me if I’m on a halter.  (I tend to pull on a standard collar and leash combo.)  I enjoy learning new things like using the doggie door in my foster home.  I also enjoy talking to my foster mom and I make sure she knows when we have a visitor at the door.

I look forward to finding my forever home where I can share my love and easygoing spirit with a new family.

Cali was adopted by her foster mom on February 24, 2019
