My name is Poppy (#4186). I am 20-months old and weigh a beautiful 55 pounds – just perfect for me. I had to leave my first owner but am ready to find my forever home. I love to play with my 2-year old foster sister, but sometimes I get carried away and she reminds me to calm down. I walk with my foster brother and sister once daily then walk again with my other foster sister for round two! I just don’t want to stay home.
I went to the beach and enjoyed all the smells; I rode great in the car with just a couple of sniffs out the window. I follow my foster mom everywhere! No door can be closed when she is home. I think I would be okay with cats, just might be obsessed with following them wherever they go. I would love to learn to retrieve consistently; I am getting close but am not yet 100% reliable. I will sleep next to you wherever you are sitting or sleeping.
