Bring your own picnic lunch and non-alcoholic beverage. There are a few picnic tables but bring a blanket or your own chair.
We will hold our traditional Parade of Foster Dogs this year at 11:00 so that people can head to the river afterwards if they wish.
Mary S. Young Park is located on the bank of the Willamette River. At the end of a lovely walk through a wooded area, you will reach a beachy area where dogs can swim and play in the water. It's a big hit with them and their people as well!
Saturday, July 26th - Join Golden Bond at the 4th Annual Franklin Open Golf Tournament!
The Franklin Open donates to Golden Bond every year. If you’re a golfer, you can buy tickets here. (Sold out for this year.) The course is only nine holes, and there are prizes for a hole in one at each hole, with a $10,000 prize for an ace at the ninth hole!
