Hi. I’m Marlon Brando (#4277), but my foster family calls me Moe. I have been with them for a few short weeks and really enjoy my time with them. Some would say I am very happy-go-lucky and others say I’m a sweetie. I guess both are right. While I have heard rumors of a certain dog being overweight, I’m sure they aren’t talking about me. I enjoy food, but am not a counter surfer. I am a perfect gentle giant at 95 pounds, but look great in a swimsuit. Seriously though, I would just like to mention that veggies aren’t really food. I have included a shot of me with a look of concern about this empty bowl. Food isn’t my main focus – don’t laugh, it isn’t.
My favorite activities include rolling in the grass, riding in the car, walkies, and giving my foster family plenty of reasons to laugh. I’m also the perfect companion for movie nights, laying at your feet. If you work from home, I will even rest under your desk while you are busy. I like to sleep on the floor by you while you are sleeping.
Oh, and did I mention that I’m great with other dogs? I like making new friends, whether they’re big or small, and I’m curious but polite when meeting new humans too. Cats? Well, let’s just say we need more data on that.
I’ve also been told I have some great manners. I don’t jump up on people. I’m housetrained and know how to read a room, but I’m always up for learning new tricks, especially something called recall. Hopefully there is someone out there that will love me as much as the foster family does, brush me every day, take me on lots of walking adventures and spend as much time as possible with me. I will return your love without hesitation and be the reason you enjoy every waking moment… too much? I do like to chill too, so let’s make a date and get to the good life together. If you’re looking for a big-hearted buddy who can make you laugh, keep you company, and maybe steal your heart, I’m your guy. Let’s start this adventure together. Who knows?
