Hi, my name is Daisy (#4059).   I just turned 6-years old and weigh about 78 pounds.   I was surrendered to Golden Bond when my human got very sick.  In foster care, I’m with my littermate Lily (#4060).  We have been together our whole lives and might be a bonded pair, but it’s said we might be okay apart in the right homes.   As a bonded pair, we don’t cause any trouble.  We are very easy girls to have around.
As you can imagine, this has been a scary time for me. I really only knew my humans and packmates so this new world is a lot to take in.  I am a bit braver than my sister Lily, but I do whine and worry about her when I can’t see her.   I like to play with the other dogs at my foster mom’s house and she thinks I prefer the smaller dogs, but I really do like them all.   I like to roll on the ground , kick my feet up and share a silly smile.  Sometimes I get belly rubs for my big smile.  When my foster mom kisses my nose, I give her kisses back.   I take treats gently.  I will need some leash work but should be fine as I get more comfortable in my new surroundings.
Note from foster mom:  Both Lily and Daisy are sweet, mellow easy girls to have around.   They did not take a lot of leash walks as they were part of a pack of dogs, with space to run and went to the beach often.   So, both will need some basic leash work, but neither is awful.  Sights and sounds will be something to work through on walks as everything is new to them.   If you’ve ever thought you might want two dogs, these are the two to adopt.   They are well-behaved in the home and very mellow.
