Bridger (#4271) is an almost 3-year old Golden Retriever from S. Korea. He is a petite 38 pounds and he may be a mix or he may have a form of shortened bone growth; we should have more information after his first Vet visit here. His personality, however, is pure Golden! He was in a foster home in S. Korea and his foster mom wrote a very nice letter to his future adopter, the highlights are that he is calm, playful, lovable and gentle. He is good with people and other dogs. He is “super smart” which may translate to “a bit mischievous” and knows all of his basic commands in Korean, so he can likely retrain easily.

All descriptions above are what we know about this dog when it was first released to GBR. During the dogs first few weeks in foster care, we will discover more of its true personality and behavior as witnessed by the particular foster family. The dog’s personality traits may change as it becomes accustomed to its new foster home and surroundings.
