Hello! I’m Bella (#4066).  I am a gorgeous (if I must say so myself) Golden Retriever-mix with a heart full of love and a ton of energy to share. I definitely still act like a puppy. I’m the ultimate cuddle buddy, snuggling up for naps and sleeping soundly through the night without a peep. I am fantastic on the leash, showing no reaction to passing dogs or people during walks. I absolutely love to run off-leash. I also love to take rides in the car. I am crate-trained and feel right at home in my crate. I’m working on perfecting my manners, and I already know basic commands—I am very eager to please and highly motivated. I’m learning not to counter surf and am in training to stop barking at people walking by the house.

I have a very high prey drive and will chase squirrels, cats, or anything small and fast—so you’ll need to stay alert! I need an experienced owner who understands my needs and can continue my training. I would do best in a home with another playful and confident dog to help teach me the ropes and keep me engaged.
