Tyler is a 1.5 year old boy that was so close to coming over to America on the last freedom flight on February 1. Unfortunately, he developed bordetella a few days before the flight so we had to put another dog in his place. He still desperately wants to be an American. Tyler was found tied up in front of a market near Beijing. His rescuer convinced the market owner to release Tyler so he could make the trip to his new country.
