Hi, my name is Cher (#3971) or Cherie as my foster mom calls me. I came to the US from S. Korea at the end of August. I’m 5-years old and still learning the ropes because I spent most of my life in a kennel. I’ve got potty-training down as long as mom lets me out every few hours.

I know how to sit but I still need training for the basics. I walk very well on leash. I’ve had an array of dogs at my foster home but I don’t like to share my prized items and will let the other dog know; I think I’d prefer to be the only dog so I can get all the affection that’s dished out. I’m sweet and loving.

I look a little weird since I got shaved in Korea due to my matted fur but my fur is slowly growing back and mom assured me I would be a prettier girl once it’s filled in. I was treated for heartworms back in S. Korea and will need to be on heartworm preventative for life.

I hope you find me as adorable as my foster mom does.
