Trigger (#4355) is a 17-year old Labrador Retriever. As a consequence of neglect in this former home, this amazingly sweet boy currently weighs a mere 55 pounds and suffers from dry, itchy skin. With consistent care and attention, Trigger hopes to enjoy his golden years in the comfort of a loving home.
11/18/2025: Trigger is settling in well to his foster home and is the sweetest boy. He’s getting along well with the two resident dogs though he is a bit jealous of them wanting attention when he’s getting human affection (which he is starved for). He has very good house manners. He has very dry, itchy skin so he’s getting a good fish oil supplement and will be going to the vet for some help with that. Otherwise, he’s quite healthy, enjoys walks, and would dearly love to find a forever home where he can relax, get some good TLC and enjoy his golden days! Anyone have a soft spot for a senior dog?
