Louie #4437
5/19/26
Louie is living with a two-year-old resident dog and doing great, although he is not super playful. He has good dog social skills in general, and is appropriate and respectful towards other dogs. We don’t know about cats since he hasn’t been exposed to cats in foster care. He has been around children as young as 4 and has done well, but since he’s so chill, we think he’d do better in a home with older kids.
Louie is good free roam and so there has been no need to crate him. He’s good on leash and has done well even when in busier settings- most recently at a Farmer’s Market.
Louie is up to date on vaccines, neutered and is a great size at 57 pounds. It has been a big adjustment to come from another country, but Louie has risen to the challenge. His foster hopes that the family that adopts him will spoil him and include them in their activities.
