Connie, a 3-ish year old girl, wanted us to mention that she was having a bad hair day when this picture was taken. Because of COVID, the beauty parlors were all closed so she didn’t have an opportunity for a set and rinse. Connie came from a shelter in Nanjing where she was living after her original owner died and no other family member was willing to give her a home.
