My name is Gracie (#4008) and I am a very easygoing and loving two-year old silver Labrador Retriever. I am your typical ball-loving, Velcro Lab. I am completely housetrained and use my doggie door. I take treats gently and love food, especially bread or other snacks left on the counter.

My foster mom says I am a complete love bug. I adore scratches, pets and to be brushed. My favorite thing is a great roll in the grass and I enjoy my yard very much. Chuckit! is my game of choice, and a fun play session with my foster brother and sister come in a close second.

I am trustworthy in the house, but will counter surf. (It’s my way of reminding you to clean the kitchen.)  I am an alert barker, and am told I’m amazing on the leash with a harness. I’m also wonderful off leash and am a fast runner. I have gotten used to my medicated baths and more will jump in the tub and ‘assume position’. I am happy to report that my fur is growing back nicely after allergies took some of it away.
