Luna #3912
Hi, I am Luna (#3912) a black Labrador Retriever of just 14 months. I have had a busy start to my life. I tore my ACL in my right knee when I was under 1. Unfortunately, the family that I lived with couldn’t manage the surgery and the aftercare so they called GBR. When I got to my foster family I had an itchy stomach and was put on medicine for quite a while. I really loved to wrestle with my foster brother, chewing on each other and running around. Once my stomach healed, I had my TPLO surgery and went to another foster home for 6 weeks.
Now, I am back to my first foster family, but I still can’t play with my foster brother! I love going for walks and going out to dinner where I can sit outside with my family. I am so quiet, and I meet so many nice people. I am excited to be able to run and play again with no pain! I can zoom really fast, it would be nice if when I did it I didn’t get yelled at like a do now!
From foster mom, Luna is a typical young black lab most of the time. But she settles down nicely. She sleeps quietly next to the bed. I think she would love to retrieve or do scent training.
