Valentino #3201
We are so sorry to report that Valentino passed away on 4/8/21. He shared our lives for almost two years, and was a wonderful companion for my mother, who is 100 years old. He was always a perfect gentleman, and we will miss his sweet face and lovely nature. We are grateful to Golden Bond Rescue for sharing Valentino with us, and are thankful for the time we had with him. He was an angel on earth, and is now an angel in heaven. We will love him forever.

Valentino was our first foster dog. He arrived from China on May 22, 2019, and arrived at our home on t
he 23rd. We were immediately enthralled with this sweet and loving dog.
He is happy and calm, and takes everything in stride. Except for the TV. He freaked out the first time he saw it. Maybe he had never seen one before, but he was ok with it after the first few minutes.
He loves to go for walks, although he mostly saunters, and he has to carry a toy in his mouth during the walks. He loves car rides, too.
Valentino and my 98 year old mother bonded immediately, and when it was time for him to be adopted, we were unable to part with him. We were foster failures with our first dog. Mom says he is her therapy dog. He follows her around the house and lies down at her feet when she sits down. She feels relaxed and peaceful with him around. What a great companion for her.
We have had Tino for two months now, and he is a delightful member of our household. We love him.
Valentino (#3201) arrived from China on May 22, 2019. He is a doll, not only in looks but also is as sweet as can be. His foster says he is easy with no issues. He is house-trained, never barks, walks beautifully on a leash and is the perfect dog.
Valentino is quite healthy, his eyes seem to be fine but he may have the start of cataracts so probably doesn’t see well at night. His teeth have the normal wear. He has a good range of motion but a weak rear end so needs to work on that.
Valentino was adopted on June 15, 2019
