My name is Vicki (#3203).  My foster family describes me as “the sweetest 8-year old we have ever met.”  (I hope I’m not the only one they’ve ever met or that really isn’t the compliment I think it is.)

I flew in from China on May 29th. After I arrived here, the nice veterinarian said I had to have all of my teeth removed.  Needless to say, I wasn’t thrilled to hear that but I made up my mind right then and there not to let it bother me, so even though I’m toothless now, I am still one happy, happy girl.  From the moment I wake up, I make it a point to wag my tail all day long.  In my opinion, there’s no such thing as too happy or too sweet.

I am also a firm believer in unconditional love.  I just want to sit next you to you and put my paw on your lap. Don’t get me wrong, I also love food and going for short walks, but I love people more.   My foster family says I am a crowd pleaser and that everyone who meets me falls in love with me.  (They always say such nice things.  It’s really quite flattering but also a little embarrassing.)

If (when?) we meet, perhaps you can weigh in on whether or not I am the sweetest 8-year old ever?  It’s my stretch goal and I think I just might reach it, though it’s only your opinion that actually counts.
