Handsome Trigger (#3784) is a local owner release from Vancouver, WA. Trigger is a 10-year old male black Labrador weighing 92 pounds. Trigger’s foster mom says he is the sweetest boy. He is a big boy and needs to lose a few pounds, and he’s a little stiff in his hind legs. Trigger’s foster mom is going to work on helping him shed a few pounds and he’ll be getting some good exercise with the resident pack in his foster home. At the young age of 10, he still has that fun Lab energy. The family that ends up adopting this sweet boy will be one lucky family!
Update: Trigger is now 70 pounds. He trimmed down by being in an active foster home with two younger dogs. He loves his walks and will run and chase at the park. Trigger will bark excitedly when it’s dinner time or the chuck-it ball is out! Trigger uses the doggy door and loves to take baths! He is great in the car, enjoys the breeze in his face and going places. Trigger and his stuffed monkey are best friends and he often uses his monkey as a pillow. He loves visitors, and usually has lots to tell them!
All descriptions above are what we know about this dog when it was first released to GBR. Dogs are typically in foster care for three to four weeks. During that time, we will discover its true personality as witnessed by its particular foster family. The dog’s personality traits may change as it becomes accustom to its new foster home.
