My name is Sadie (#3086). I arrived from China on 10/28/18 and now I am looking for my forever home. I especially like women and children so it’d be nice if my forever home had one or both of these amenities. I’m not really interested in playing with other dogs. They’re okay but I prefer to remain focused on my human family. You know what the say, Velcro dogs get all the love. I consider it my motto.
My perfect home would be ready to pamper me with soft beds, hugs and kisses. I would prefer a family with a mild to moderate activity level. I have a hip that’s a little wonky (the vet says I was put just together in an odd way) so running and long hikes are probably not good for me. I am, however, excellent at fetch and like at least one small ball toss session daily for my mental sanity. It’d be wonderful if I could find a family experienced with and ready for an early arthritis diagnosis and treatment since this is probably in my future.
My foster mom says I am a “goofball.” She laughs at me when I smile because my lips get caught on my teeth. You can see that in one of the photos I attached.
I am a fearless, adventurous and very sweet girl, ready to give all my love to my new family. I hope I find it soon. Maybe you’re looking for me, too? I give hugs.
