Ruby #3371

Ruby (#3371) is  a very sweet, pretty 16 month old, red female golden retriever who sadly has a liver shunt with related seizures. This is a serious issue and her original owners had dealt with it as best they could; however, financially, Ruby needs more than they could handle so they reached out to GBR. As soon as possible, GBR took Ruby to the Oregon State University Vet School for tests and a consultation with a surgeon. Before she can have her surgery, we have to get her seizures under control. The surgeon is confident she will live a longer, healthier life once she has recovered from the procedure. Ruby will be in foster care until further notice due to her medical issues.
