Hi! I’m Rezi (#2880). I am 11-months old (approximately), and as you can see, I am definitely not a Golden. Although I may not have a golden exterior, my heart is most certainly made of gold. I was rescued from Central Oregon. I was starving and riddled with fleas when a nice lady found me. It was clear I needed to be rescued, so Golden Bond stepped up to help me out.
I am doing great in my foster home and settling in nicely. I am still a bit timid, but learning to trust quickly. I live with two small dogs and a couple of cats currently. I would love to play, but the dogs are older and a bit grouchy, so I respect their space. The cats mostly stay upstairs, but I’m not overly interested in them. I would love to have another dog in my new home that likes to play, especially if my family works full time.
I am an active dog, but not over-the-top. I have been trained to walk nicely on leash and I don’t pull. I really like toys and am excited to just be with people. One thing I am working on right now is not chewing on things that don’t belong to me. I hate to say it, but shoes are simply too delightful for me to resist. I am making good progress toward remembering what I am and am not allowed to have though.
If you are looking for a cuddly girl, who would love to join you on the couch on a rainy evening, I am the one for you! My foster family says I am really coming into my own now and will make a wonderful companion for many years to come. Could I be yours?
