Sweet young Luna came into GBR with some challenges we’d hoped to help her get through. Sadly, it was determined quickly that Luna was suffering from neurological issues. This was most likely cause by a birth defect to her brain or brain stem. Luna would have unexplained episodes that would cause her a lot of discomfort and anxiety. The Vet said it would only get worse and the best thing we could do for her was set her free. She was only in GBR care for a week, but this little girl made a big impact on a lot of people.

Although we only knew Luna for a short week, she won our hearts the moment we met. This very sweet, most lovable, silly girl was pure Golden. She had a difficult, albeit a very short life and will be missed always…there is a mark on our hearts. Farewell sweet girl…we will meet again.
