Lizzie #4272
5/19/25 UPDATE:
Hi! I’m Lizzie, 25 pounds of adorable 2 years old Corgi-mix. I came to the PNW from South Korea in mid-May to start my new life. I’m learning so many new things. I need a little time to warm up to new people. I tend to gravitate more towards women, but am not fearful of men. I just prefer people who are a little quieter, like me. I am curious about everything, especially other dogs and will calmly watch them walk by on our walks. Even when one might bark or whine at me, I don’t bark back. I love going for walks and listening and sniffing. I do love squirrels and rabbits and will vary between wanting to race after them and just sitting there quietly and watching them. My neighbors are getting ot know me and say that I am sooooo cute.
I am very food motivated and my foster says that I am smart as a whip. She bets that I would do awesome at small dog agility to help increase my confidence and have fun. I love a good squeaky stuffy, but don’t tear it up too much. I’ll chase a ball, but not really into fetch. I’m mostly into my stuffies, even those almost as big as me. I think I would like a friend to play with. I’m probably not good for young children because I do come from a herding family. Riding in cars is a bit new to me, but I relaxed pretty well during our ride. I was a little wary of the vacuum, but not scared. Same thing with the smoothies she makes every morning with the loud blender or drying her hair.
I love tummy rubs and my ears are sooo soft. I am usually a quiet, thoughtful girl, but I do get the zoomies after I do something that really pleases me. I’m really fast and I get a grin on my face. So fun! So if you would like a thoughtful, quiet girl who still likes to have fun, I would love to hear from you. Rumor has it that I will be available very soon. Yours, Lizzie
Lizzie is a 2yr old female Corgi mix (known as little dogs with big personalities), just in from S. Korea. She was such a cutie, we couldn’t resist her. She’s a petite 25lbs and settling into her foster home.
