Haven (#3394), a 7 1/2 year old female, and Hawk (#3395), an 8-year old male, came in together at the end of June. Both were outside dogs in their previous home. After some overdue veterinary care, this pair is looking forward to experiencing the good life with their forever family. Hawk and Haven are typical sweet, lovable goldens who enjoy swimming every chance they get. Both are getting along well with the other dogs in their foster home. Haven is very dependent on Hawk so they will be looking for a family willing to adopt them together. Both Haven and Hawk need to lose about ten pounds. (Like the rest of us, they are blaming the pandemic!)
All descriptions above are what we know about this dog when it was first released to GBR. Dogs are typically in foster care for three to four weeks. During that time, we will discover its true personality as witnessed by its particular foster family. The dog’s personality traits may change as it becomes accustom to its new foster home.
