Halo Needs New Hips

Halo is a nine month old girl who recently flew in from South Korea. Tragically, her owner in South Korea committed suicide when Halo was a very little puppy. She was taken to a shelter where she lived until she flew to the USA and began her new life in a foster home. When GBR agreed to take Halo, we were aware that one or both of her hips were in very bad shape. A quick trip to an orthopedic specialist plus x-rays confirmed that both hips would require surgery.
