Finn #3599

Finn says, “I am a super duper dog if I must say so myself! I am so happy to be here!  I lived in South Korea before GBR flew me here!  Life is so much better now.  I get lots of special attention, fun adventures, new smells and yummy food!  I am one smart dog.  So far I have learned to Sit, Walk on Leash (pretty well), Sleep in a Crate, Down, Jump into the car and Settle.  Mom is practicing these and working on more.  I am a fast learner and I oh so want to please you!  You will also see how handsome I am.  The vet said I was a little lean so with puppy food, I have gained the perfect amount of weigh.  I am just about 70 pounds now.  The vet said I am very healthy too!  I can’t wait to find my new home with my forever people or person.  I would love to go on runs or hikes frequently ‘cuz I am still young, for a Lab.  I would like my people to not leave me at home for longer than a couple hours, especially for a while.  I can’t wait to be someone’s snuggle bunny!”

Finn’s foster mom says, “It is true, Finn is a Super Duper dog!  I have never had a Lab but now see what great dogs they can be.  Finn has really settled in and is ready to find his FUREVER home!  He is about 4-years old. He was 69 pounds at last weigh in and that is perfect for him.  He loves to play with his foster sister and has liked every dog he has met.  I don’t know how he is with cats but could do a ‘cat check’ if necessary.  We went to one OHS Manners Class for me and he will learn to have great manners if you consistently practice.  He sleeps at my feet and loves to roll over for a belly scratch.  Finn is attentive and affectionate! I am still very watchful, getting him out to ‘potty’ and he is doing great!  I think Finn would be best as an only dog, so he gets all the attention and has many opportunities to play with dog friends.  I think a responsible dog park would be great for him.  He still finds things that are a little frightening like the stairs at the vet.  Once he knows he is safe, he is very curious. ”
