Hey there!  My name is Fielder (#3703), probably because I was found in the pouring rain in the field of a dog park either abandoned or lost. The people that found me said I looked sad, cold and pathetic and quickly brought me to safety. The weeks since that awful time have been a blur and it’s gotten a lot better and my foster family says they are better able to see my potential and determination to be happy despite all I’ve been through.

First off, I will say I am a youthful spirit, don’t let my age deter you. I am full of energy and life. I love every human, animal, and flower I see. The world is a brighter place because of me, my foster Mom says. I even had happy tail which, from what I’ve been told, was an issue with my tail bleeding because I wag and wag and wag. (Although this is improved currently due to my underlying skin issues healing).

I am potty-trained and love going on walks and adventures in the car. I want to be with you as much as you will let me be and I promise to try and snuggle although my foster family laughs at the way I flip over and wiggle when I am on your lap. I really just want to be closer, and get closer TO YOU! Did I mention that I am full of love?!

My foster family promises to find me the very best of homes and I can’t wait for a chance to meet you!
