This is Nala! Her Golden Bond name was Bonnie. She is the sweetest, most loving dog and loves playing at the park with other dogs. She loves playing with toys and running around our backyard and any green spaces in SF. We got to take her back from the PNW and show her around California, which she has been enjoying immensely.

She also loves when our house has visitors and she gets to play with them. She begs for food a lot but is always so sweet and cuddly when asking for human food. Overall she’s such an amazing companion and dog and we love having her around!

Hi, PNW friends, I’m Bonnie (#3290)! I’m new to this part of town but so far I absolutely love it! I’m looking for a family that has lots of energy like me! A family that understands I am still a puppy and still learning the ropes. My foster mom says I’m beautiful and she’s worried people will want to adopt me without fully understanding my “puppy” quirks.

I LOVE food and will do just about anything for treats! I can sit and stay-ish (with a lot of reminding) and am working on potty training. I often forget and have very little ability to hold it long when I have to go.  As long as I’m given the opportunity at least every 45-60 minutes I can pretend and say I am potty trained! But I do still have the occasional accident regardless. My foster mom thinks I’m rounding the corner and a bell or doggie doorbell might just do the trick cause she says I’m really smart if there is a treat involved!

I sleep in my box at night without a peep and go in easily IF you throw a favorite treat in there for me. It’s not my favorite place though. I get bored. I love to run and fetch anything round like tennis, baseballs, and softballs, soccer balls! I love going in the car and would love watching the world go by sitting next to someone like you!

I hope to find a family that likes adventures and wants to show me all the cool places to go in the PNW! It’s important to find someone who can be patient with me as I’m excitable and adventurous and oodles of fun wrapped up in a not quite well trained package.

Bonnie was adopted on December 28,2019
