Autumn #3286
I’ve been settling in to my foster home and doing better each day. I have two foster brothers I enjoy walking, wrestling and playing ball with; however, I prefer to be near my humans any chance I get.
I would do well in a home with another calm dog, one that knows to take it slow. My one foster brother can be a bit much. He’s real big and rambunctious and I get a little spooked when he gets in my face. My other foster brother knows to go slow and we like to wrestle AND snuggle.
Cats . . . wow they are interesting!! I don’t go after them unless you try to pick them up. I like to follow them around, though I will usually ignore them unless they come right up to me. The cats in my foster home are BRAVE!! I think your life would be easier if you didn’t have any cats, but I’m okay with it if you do.
My foster mom is from the South so she’s been teaching me manners. For example, I hear “no ma’am” a lot. I’m learning what I should and what I shouldn’t do. I’m also slowly getting the outside potty-thing down.
I don’t mind being alone, and I walk well on a leash. Most importantly, I want to be next to you ALWAYS. I even sleep right next to my foster mom’s side of the bed at night.
I should probably warn you: Don’t turn your head for an instant because I learned that lots of yummy food is hiding in plain sight on the counter. Yea!
All in all, I’m a great gal and my foster mom say I’m the absolute sweetest girl ever.
