Sara’s Available Story
Hi, my name is Sara (#2233). I know I’m not the same color as the other dogs here, but inside I am all golden. Since I was a stray and a girl never tells her real age, Golden Bond Rescue is estimating that I’m around eight-years old. I really like my new foster home where I have another dog to hang out with, and a resident cat that I don’t really pay attention to – even when she runs from me. I haven’t shown much interest in toys other than the occasional bone, maybe I just need to reconnect with my inner puppy first. I have really nice house manners, I mostly like sleeping on my dog bed, though there is one spot on the loveseat that I like to call my own sometimes.
I love going for car rides and behave nicely in the car. My foster mom gets to take me to work every day and I just hang out under her desk, most people don’t even know I’m there since I’m so quiet and well-behaved.
When left alone at home or in the car I do like to bark, but when I’m with people I’m quiet as a mouse. I love to be brushed and petted, and will follow you around the house just to see what you’re doing and to make sure I know where you are.
So if you’re looking for a nice sized, easy going, well behaved friend to fit right into your home, I’m your girl!
