Success Story: Hagen (#488)

Hagen (#488) was a charmer from the moment he entered Golden Bond Rescue's program. He not only would "sit up and beg", but he would "grin" when he first met strangers. No matter where he was taken (vet's office, pet store, or local park) his adorable personality won the hearts of many folks. His adorable personality won the heart of his foster mom, too... So much so that Hagen never made it to the "available" status on GBR's website. Though it was touch and go there for a while as to whether Hagen would ever be accepted by the resident Golden (Joshua), his charming personality was enough to have his foster home keep trying to make a go of having another Golden around the house permanently. After two months of hard work, Hagen earned his forever home and was officially adopted by his foster family.
