Sheba (#485) was a late Christmas present for her new family in Eugene. Vicki and Carl and their 13-year-old daughter, Erika, are her new human family. For Robby, the resident 10-year-old "mutt", it was love at first sight. At first, Sheba played hard to get, but we're told that she and Robby are now becoming good friends. Our girl is also very sweet and gentle with older daughter Sara and her 8-month-old baby who are frequent visitors.
This little lady takes the prize for name changes. She came to Golden Bond as a stray and her first foster mom called her Sheba. Then her second foster mom changed that to Sarah. And, now, since there is already a human Sara in her forever family, she has become Matilda — or Tilly, for short.
No matter what you're called, Tilly, we wish you the very best new year — and many more to come in your forever home.
