Last Aug. we lost our beautiful golden named Shadow. He was 110lbs, big and red. We still had our other golden, Cheyenne, which really helped us get through that time. We decided to wait until we got back from vacation to get another golden. This one would be our fifth.
We called Golden Bond and Jill came out to meet us. Soon after we received a call about a dog that was so prefect, that even his foster mother was amazed. She came over so that Maxwell (formerly Diego) could meet us, Cheyenne and the cats. It was important that Cheyenne and the cats liked our new addition.

The back of the SUV door opened and out came this big, beautiful, blonde golden. Cheyenne loved him, the cats sleep right next to him, and Maxwell is just a great golden. He loves his walks, rides, and especially just being near us. It took about two months before his true personality came out. Now he knows we love him. All goldens are very special, they all have different personalities, unique abilities, along with some very entertaining quirks that makes a golden time. Maxwell will live with us forever.
