Success Story: Riley (#1611)

Adopted Sept. 25, 2007

I asked for the life of Riley and that’s just what I got. I came into foster a nervous and upset boy and thanks to my foster family I was able to relax and show my truly wonderful self. So wonderful in fact that they asked me to join their family forever. I am now officially Walter’s and Buddy’s brother. They have welcomed me with open paws. Mom and Dad show me how much they love me with petting, hugging, lots of healthy, low calorie treats and allowing me to dig my own swimming pool ( when Mom’s at work and Dad’s napping). What more could a guy ask for? (my own recliner and HDTV is on my Christmas list.) Please don’t tell anyone because it’s a surprise, but I am doing some landscaping too. Mom and Dad won’t recognize their old back yard soon.

You folks from Golden Bond Rescue are all invited to come by next summer and take a dip in my new swimming pool. I am hoping to have it done by spring. In the mean time, send your Goldens over for a good old fashion mud wallow and I’ll introduce them to my new family and show them the life of Riley.
