Success Story: Jake (#1515)

The adoption of sweet Jake (#1515) was finalized today. Dennis of Grants Pass decided that life without Jake would just be unbearable and so now is a new member of the family. Jake was turned in to the SW Washington Humane Society when his owner was called up to go to Iraq. Dennis drove up from Grants Pass to see Jake and immediately knew this was a guy to drive home with.Dennis says that he has never seen such a gentle and obedient boy as Jake. He loves rides in the car, laying by Dennis' side, their long walk each morning and just being the main focus for Dennis. Dennis and Jake are currently sharing a trailer while Their home is being built so it is a little bit of a squeeze since Jake is a big boy. Dennis, however gladly steps over him and thoroughly enjoys his new partner. Sounds like this was a great match for both.
