Success Story: Jasmine (#1462)

Adopted September 9th, 2006

My name is Jasmine. I am about 4 years old (my birthday is a mystery) and I am one lucky dog. My first family took great care of me for several years and I really liked being a part of their family. However, when a new wee-little one joined the family, it just wasn’t as fun for all of us. I was very sad to leave but now I have another nice home. Not many dogs are as lucky as I am to have two loving families.

I was adopted by Al and Laura. Their border collie/lab dog passed away in July from old age. Their home was just too quiet without the company of a dog. They were introduced to me by their good friend, Vicki, who was my foster Mom. Well, it was love at first sight and the rest is history. I love being around people more than anything. Al and Laura work out of their house so I get to be with them all day long. They take me on walks and car rides, too. Soon I will be able to see if I like boating. I even have a grown-up brother who lives nearby and visits all the time. I am happy with my new family and I know they love having me, too.
