Success Story: Diamond in the Ruff (#1330)

We want to thank foster mom Diane and Golden Bond for all of the time, effort, commitment and love that you all put into bringing dogs like Diamond (#1330) to families like ours. We applaud the entire Golden Bond network for your dedication to your rescue work. Because of your caring and compassion for our Golden friends we are able to enjoy the "fruits of your labor."

Last Sunday we didn't celebrate Easter, we celebrated Christmas and we got one of the best gifts a family could ask for... the companionship and undying love of a Golden; a very special Golden named Diamond. Thank you.

Diamond has made himself right at home and it is as if he has been with us forever. He absolutely loves our walks in the woods and his tennis ball time where he shows off his retrieving abilities. He is always smiling and his eyes are happy and bright. He loves to go for rides and he is such a bed hog always having to be right in the middle of things! :o) He loves to be loved which is so wonderful because we all have lots of love to give to him, and he wants so badly to please. You were right Diane, this boy truly is a "Diamond in the Ruff".

Even after only being with Diamond for a week I certainly understand the many ways he must have touched your heart. Please rest assured that as much devotion and love that he gives to us, we will give as much, if not more, love, devotion, time, patience, reassurance, and gratitude back to him.
