Hi, my name is Alvin (#1112) and I'm here to tell you that Christmas wishes can come true when Santa has a little bit of help from Golden Bond Rescue. I was lost and all alone before the nice folks at the Humane Society called my foster family to rescue me. Angel and Bear welcomed me into their home. There, I got lots of love and attention, learned how to play, enjoyed daily walks and had good times at the dog park.
I had just settled in for the winter when Tami and her two Goldens, Dottie and Charlie drove from Portland for a visit. We had the best time playing together and it was such good fun getting to know them. Tami got down on the floor with me and told me all about her house in the city where we could take walks at a big park and have lots of fun together.
I just want everyone to know how happy I am in my forever home, where Dottie, Charlie and I share all the love given to us by Tami and her roommate. In addition to the walks and playtime, we all watch movies and share a big bowl of popcorn as a special treat. I'm quite vocal in letting everyone know when I want to play, to go outside and mostly, how happy I am in my forever home surrounded by so much love.
