Permanent Foster: Sunny (#449)

Sunny becomes a Permanent Foster April 5, 2005

Sunny
Sunny (#449), at 11 years young, was released to Golden Bond Rescue after her owners had a baby and moved to an apartment, where they were unable to keep her inside with them. Her sudden transition to being an outdoor dog was exasperated by a landlord who attempted to silence her barking with a BB gun. After waiting such a long time for her forever home, it was decided that Sunny would become a permanent foster, living out her life with her foster family who love her dearly. Her forever home was right under her nose.

She has experienced some neurological difficulties, as of late, and that has aged her a bit. But she still has lots of spunk, at 13-1/2 years old. She reigns as "the queen bee" with Gus, and all the foster dogs who come to visit, as part of the pack, while they await their forever homes.

Sunny would like to say, "THANKS!", to all of the folks at Golden Bond Rescue who have advocated on her behalf and given her a "golden life".
